Doofor DF645 hydraulic rock drill

Doofor DF645 is a hydraulic rock drill for general excavations and underground production drilling. The Doofor DF645 is equipped with a separate side flushing box and a back hammer, that enables directing the blow energy upwards to remove stuck drill steels from the rock.

Drill hole flushing can be done with air or with water. The required air- or water flow depends on the diameter of the hole.

Doofor DF645 –rock drill can be used with 38mm (1 ½”) or 45mm (1 ¾”) drill steels with an equivalent hole size is 76mm (maximum 89mm).

The rock drill can be equipped with a T38 or T45 –shank adapter.

Numbers given are for standard rotation motor ( 200cm3³) at a peak pressure of 175bar. Motor options are 80cm³, 100cm³ ja 125cm³, 160cm³, 200cm³, 250cm³ and 315cm³ .

**) Oil flow should follow the percussion oil flow so that bit will turn 12 - 15º / blow.

***) Note: To maintain a minimum chip removal speed of 15m/s with bit dia of 4 1/2" and rod dia of 1 3/4" the flushing air volume of 7800litres/minute (275cfm) is required.
